It's fun to build it, it's fun to have it standing on your shelf but that's about it. If you take it appart make sure you don't mix the parts with other Lego sets. Educational value? None. It's not like any other Lego box set, when you build your stuff (according to the design) once or twice than break it appart and just use your imagination in future projects.
