I even had all the new stuff, like the pirate ships, castles and space stations. But now when I look around at all that Legos has to offer i am amazed. Now there is everything from arctic expiditions to soccer games. It makes me want to go out and buy a set and play with them like I used to. When we left for our last 9-hour trip, I surprised her with Tygurah's Roar - she absolutely loved it! I'm not exaggerating when I say that she played with it for a good 3 to 4 hours! She loves the swing-down trapdoor that holds the stone, and she also loves the walkway that collapses. The characters are awfully cute, too. Now she says that she knows what she wants for Christmas - more of the Orient Expedition sets! ...more

Pippin Reed has received a new face design, and the costuming is exquisite. i especially like the sherpa hat. The 'secret' doorway to the cave could have been made out of smaller individual pieces rather than the encasing offered. The yeti is pretty cool too, though i wish the legs weren't stationary. overall a very nice set (i'm digging the orient expedition line) ...more
